Prof Desmond Julian spoke to Dr Eugene Braunwald at this year’s ESC congress

Professor Desmond Julian spoke to Dr Eugene Braunwald at the European Society of Cardiology Meeting in Vienna, Austria, in September, about diagnosing and managing patients with ST and non-ST elevated myocardial infarction and unstable angina.

Professor Desmond Julian, now retired, was Professor of Cardiology at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK, and past Medical Director of the British Heart Foundation.

Dr Eugene Braunwald, a world leader in cardiology, is the Hersey distinguished professor of theory and practice of physic at Harvard Medical School in Boston Massachusetts, and Chairman of the TIMI Study Group at the Brigham and Women's Hospital.
